Press accreditation:
Journalists and operators interested in covering the event must be accredited by one of the following ways:
– by filling out the interactive form at this link http://mae.accreditationsystem.info/ENG/Indice.asp , selecting the event you are interested in covering and attaching the digital documentation requested (EC Press cards are accepted, scanned image must show the card expiration date);
– by sending an e-mail to the Service for the press and communication of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation – accreditamentostampa@esteri.it, attaching the digital documentation requested (EC Press cards are accepted, scanned image must show the card expiration date).
Should the journalists prefer to request their accreditation by email, in addition to the above mentioned press card image journalists should also indicate their date of birth.

The accreditation procedure must be carried out by 10.00 am of Monday, March 13, 2017.
To access the WiFi connection during the event, journalists will need to register their mobile number during the accreditation phase.
Please note that for reasons related to the particular artistic importance of the Orazi and Curiazi room the video images of the ceremony will be recorded by RAI as Host Brodcaster and distributed to all TV stations.
For logistical and organizational reasons, photographers and cameramen who wish to cover the arrivals photo-op may also cover the Family Photo, but will not be able to attend the press conference.
In prediction of the large number of media representatives, we request all editorial staff to accredit up to a maximum of two operators and two journalists for every editorial staff.
A detailed program and a second press release with schedules and modalities regarding access and the collection of badges will be issued in the days before the event.
