The Minister of Cultural Heritage and Activities Dario Franceschini will be in Bruxelles on April 19th to present at the European Parliament the “Blue Helmets for Culture” initiative. The debate will take place in the Altiero Spinelli building, room “Aldo Moro” (ASP3G2), starting at 12.45.
